It's officially Tomatina time at Jaleo!
Each year on the last Wednesday of August, the humble town of Buñol is transformed into the site of Spain's most famous food fight – La Tomatina. Twenty thousand people and 320,000 pounds of tomatoes, all in one glorious hour.

Join us in Washington, D.C., Las Vegas and Disney Springs for two weeks of special tapas built around the season's best tomatoes, plus a cocktail or two in D.C. and Vegas. From fried green tomatoes with Valdeón blue cheese sauce, to crispy cone of sweet tomato marmalade and creamy goat cheese, to chilled salmorejo with jamón Serrano and hard-boiled egg, there's something for every summer craving.
