The pans are heating up and Paella Festival is almost here! This September, Jaleo celebrates Spain’s most iconic dish with limited-time paellas, plenty of socarrat, and two weeks dedicated to the art of rice, fire, and gathering around the table.
Each Jaleo is celebrating a little differently, with rotating paellas, daily specials, and one-of-a-kind events along the way.
