Take a culinary tour of Spain with this year’s ultimate tasting menu curated exclusively for Las Vegas Restaurant Week, benefitting Three Square Food Bank.

The tour begins with a wave of Jaleo favorites: Pan de Cristal, our famous Croquetas de Pollo, the classic Tichi's Gazpacho, Ensaladilla Ucraniana with conserved tuna, and Pimentos del Piquillo Rellenos filled with goat cheese. Choose between josper grilled Pollo al Ajillo or the traditional Pisto Manchego con Salmon for your main course. For dessert, enjoy the Flan de Mamá Marisa with whipped Catalan cream inspired by José Andrés' mother's recipe.

$5 from every Jaleo by José Andrés Restaurant Week menu sold will be donated to Three Square Food Bank, Southern Nevada’s only food bank and largest hunger relief organization. Since opening in 2007, Three Square has provided hundreds of millions of pounds of food to people in need and has earned a reputation as one of the most efficient and effective food banks in the country. Three Square’s mission is to provide wholesome food to hungry people, while passionately pursuing a hunger-free community. For every $5 donated, Three Square can provide 15 wholesome meals.
