This year Jaleo starts the year with a new recipe for Roscón de Reyes. The recipe is from Carmen Argumosa, a cooking teacher for 6 years from the Alambique Cooking School in Madrid. Since she began living in the United States, she has been dedicated to research traditional Spanish pastry recipes, including her recipe for Roscón de Reyes. This recipe is from a bakery in Barbastro, a town in Huesca, in the Aragonese Pyrenees.
