Raul Perez Wine Dinner

Join us at Jaleo for a special dinner with renowned winemaker Raul Perez. Since producing his first vintage for his family’s winery in 1994 at the age 22, Raul has been at the forefront of modern Spanish winemaking, and has twice been named best winemaker in the world.
On June 11th, he'll join us at Jaleo to share his winemaking philosophy and guide you as you taste your way through six wines. Each course will be paired with elevated Spanish cuisine from Chef Ramon Martinez, including pulpo a la gallega and beef cheeks with caviar.
