Paella Cooking Classes – Jaleo Las Vegas

Paella is Spain’s most popular dish, and you can roll up your sleeves and learn how to make the classic rice dish with this hands-on, interactive class led by Jaleo Head Chef Luis Montesinos. Step into the paella pit to cook up one of delicious paellas below, enjoying Spanish tapas, red wine sangria, and more while the arroz cooks over the fire. Then, sit down to savor the fruits of your labor in the dining room.

Choose your paella: 

  • Valenciana (chicken, rabbit, and green beans; $250)
  • Verduras (seasonal vegetables; $200)
  • Gambas (head-on Gulf shrimp; $350)

And then choose The Classic or José’s Way package:

The Classic ($60 per person), which includes:

  • Pan con Manchego
  • Endivias
  • Chistora
  • Croquetas pollo
  • Sangria
  • Clara poron

José’s Way ($120 per person), which includes:

  • Cono de salmon
  • Aceitunas
  • José taco
  • Pepitos
  • Bikini
  • Gin & Tonic
  • Clara poron
  • Estrella beer

Available between noon and 5 p.m., Tuesdays to Saturdays for groups of 6 to 12 people (we can also accommodate up to 20 people if the party can be split into two groups). Six guests minimum.
