Jaleo Bethesda Cooking Class Series
Join Head Chef Robbie Meltzer for an exciting series of cooking classes at Jaleo Bethesda. Each evening will feature a hands-on interactive lesson, two beverages and reservation to enjoy the fruits of your labor at Jaleo Bethesda immediately following the class. We intentionally keep our classes small for guests to have more time with our chef, so make sure to reserve your space today!

Tuesday, March 14, 2017: Spring into Spring
Utilize different cooking techniques to bring out the best flavors of springtime ingredients. Dishes made in class include Brussels sprout salad, vegetables with romesco and fried artichokes.
Tuesday, April 11, 2017: Mushroom Mania
Prepare classic Jaleo tapas that feature the most fun(ghi) ingredient: creamy rice with mushrooms, mushrooms in garlic and sautéed seasonal mushrooms with butifarra sausage.
Tuesday May 16, 2017: Under the Sea
Enjoy the bounty of the sea while learning how to make a variety of tapas that can seem intimidating, such as salmon tartar and perfectly seared scallops. You’ll impress all your next dinner party guests!*
