Come enjoy the celebrated culinary jewel of Spain: jamon ibérico de bellota. The special meat of these legendary acorn-fed, black-footed ibérico pigs will be featured all week long with specialty menu items, cocktails, and an intimate chef's dinner on May 24th.

Transport yourself to northwestern Spain at our intimate dinner with Head Chef Luis Montesinos. This eight course dinner will explore the unique flavor profile of jamón ibérico, utilizing this premium meat in a variety of dishes in unique ways. Each course will be expertly paired with a complementary wine to bring out the flavors of the dish.
