Chicago Winemaker Dinner featuring Laura Ramos

Jaleo Chicago is thrilled to welcome Spanish winemaker, Laura Ramos, for an intimate dinner featuring an exclusive menu from Head Chef José Dávila and wines expertly paired by Laura. 

Originally studying to become an organic chemist, Laura decided to change career paths and earned her degree in oenology from the Miguel Hernandez University in Orihuela (Alicante). Laura has since been credited with bringing Monastrell wines to the forefront in Spain, so it is an exciting opportunity to feature these wines at this special event. 

Seating is limited to 30 guests. Tickets are $150 per person (excluding tax and gratuity) and guests must be 21 or older to attend. Wines from the dinner will also be available to purchase following the meal.
