Our team of Jaleo chefs – Ramon Martinez, Jaleo Culinary Director; Luis Montesinos, Jaleo Las Vegas Head Chef; Aaron Helfand, Jaleo Crystal City Head Chef – have come together to create an unbelievable tasting experience that will be led by Raul Martin of Fermín. Guests also have the option to add a Master Sommelier-selected wine pairing to complement the meal.
