Join us for our Sunday Roast every week from 8-9 PM. Each week we’ll offer a different whole animal, roasted on a spit in the center of our dining room over our custom wood fired paella grill. Over the course of 8 hours, our chefs will work tirelessly to give constant attention and care to our roast, manually rotating the spit over burning orange and olive wood. This is surely a spectacle you won’t want to miss!

Whole roasts are also available for purchase Monday – Saturday with 36 hours notice.
