As the world's largest producer of the Clementine, Spain celebrates this exotic winter fruit in many of its authentic and traditional dishes. Every year, Jaleo celebrates the seasonality of this favorite Spanish fruit with special dishes and cocktails.
From December 10 - 23, we will offer a special menu featuring the clementine! You won't want to miss out on our seared clementines with goat cheese or the seared squid with clementines and Serrano ham! Pair these dishes with La Valenciana cocktail, inspired by Spain's most notable Clementine region.
