As the world's largest producer of the Clementine, Spain celebrates this exotic winter fruit in many of its authentic and traditional dishes. Every year, Jaleo celebrates the seasonality of this favorite Spanish fruit with special dishes and cocktails.
From December 9 - 22, we will offer a special menu featuring the clementine! You won't want to miss out on our clementine and scallop gazpacho as or the duck confit with clementines! Pair these dishes with a Sunny Side cocktail, inspired by Spain's most famous liquor export, Pedro Ximinez Sherry and of course the Clementine or a special house made Celmentine soda.
